How do I order?

Browse the catalogue, choose a colour or option where shown, and add items to your cart. On the cart page, use "Print / save as PDF" and send that PDF to us in the Welcome store WhatsApp group. We take it from there.

Do you take online payment?

No. This site is a catalogue. Payment is arranged with the owner on WhatsApp when your order is confirmed.

Are all items in stock?

Stock moves quickly through the group, so availability is always confirmed personally on WhatsApp when you order.

How do I know the price?

Prices are confirmed on WhatsApp with your order, so you always get the current price.

Delivery or pickup?

Arranged per order on WhatsApp once your items are confirmed.

Can I return or exchange?

Please check your items with the owner when ordering; ask about return and exchange terms before confirming an order.
